I'm making a point this weekend and doing the bare minimum of housework/chores/cleaning/tidying/laundry etc........I think it's got on DH's nerves a bit but, tough. Basically. I got really racked off last w/end when I spent the whole 2 days doing just that, chores, chores and more chores. Never have a damn day off. This w/end, I decided, "Nope, no can do...need 'me-time'". So, I gave them all 30 mins warning, put the timers on and told 'em that, what they didn't put in the wash, didn't get washed!! It worked and I only needed to do 2 lots rather than the usual 4 or 5!! Whoopee!!
It's also worked in that I have had more time to scrap! Unfortunately, I ended up back in 12" by 12" mode so can't scan them in (can't do the fancy 'stitching' thing!!) and my digi camera has flashed it's final flash!! I have done a 8 X 11 LO for 'The Secret'.......just need to stick/sew it down now!
So, whilst DH and the 3 kidlets are washing the car, I'm going to play!!!
