So Contented

.....here in the country!
Let 'The Girls' (aka the 5 chooks!!) out in the a.m, generally run around with towels for the kids who are in and out the pool all day, make nice things to eat in the lovely kitchen area, don't stand washing up for ages (I have a dishwasher now you know!!) and keep just standing back in amazement at the loveliness surrounding us!!
Now, I want to buy the place, not just rent it, buy it! Oh, if only my luck would run just that little bit further! I mustn't be too hasty here; we have only been here a week!!
Now, I must try and get up to some stuff for the UKS Cyber Crop which is now running over 3 weekends. It is tricky to keep up with stuff being over the other side of the world but I'll try. Have managed 1 LO since I've been here but, as the DH has purloined my cheapo digital camera, I'm a tad limited! Plus the darned ink decided to peter out yesterday and funds atm will not run to that. Hey ho. Such is life.
Funds, however, did run to a bargainacious pack of KI Memories papers....tons for $16 (about £7 ish!!) Marvelloso!! And a good old fashioned mixing bowl- just like I had in the UK that was a replica of the one my Grandma had. Plus some lovely floral embellies and some glue tape...............from Spotlight. Love that place. They have a new one in Mt Barker. All those lovely vintage kitcheney things in pale blue, pink or green............just lovin' them. The Chrissy decs are a bit tasty too........mmmmmmm, wonder what some of my DH's tax rebate will go on!!!
Right, off to stroke the new papers and have a go at the classes on UKS...............tho' I have had a few glasses of wine today......
