Isn't it lovely?
I've seen waterfalls but this, even though smaller than some of the world's wonders, just looked lovely to me. The picture doesn't do it justice and I was just 'wowed out' by this natural phenomenon. There's a beautiful (at first glance; on closer inspection, not so!) lagoon at the bottom but it's all fenced off for safety. We did mess about in the trickle that flows down from the fenced part, though, and that kept the kids entertained for a couple of hours!
The scene was so peaceful, inspite of walkers, joggers etc, that I imagine I may go there quite a few times-just on my own!- to read, reflect, think, write letters, maybe even do some scrapbook stuff........
.......talking of which.......I've been doing some! Yes, sorted out my prints I had done on a cheap deal offer at Harvey N's and I've started to do some cutting, ready for embellishing my Aus album as well as my BoMe!! And, what's more......all this in the public arena of the dining room where my (disapproving!) OH was wandering through now and again. I still sense the displeasure he has with my pleasure, but, hey, I'm not the world's biggest fan of golf or cars!
So there; slowly, I will infiltrate the house with scrapbook delights. After all, our 6 year old daughter already knows what it's all about and likes to tinker about with my-not so precious- stamps and inks........aaaah, I can only dream of the reunion with my stash of craft supplies......
