What about the gaps in my blogging?
Well, there are a few days gaps and I can't think why! I mean, it's not as if I've done alot of things or been really busy after work!
This week has probably been my busiest working week because of getting my new coordinator role into some sort of order/context within the system here. That's also another story! By the time I've got home, I'm shattered but can't think why. Then, I realize, it's because, for some reason, the system here is somewhat more confusing than the UK's....and that could be confusing! It also means I have to do alot more unnecessary extra thinking to make sense of the system! That's why I'm tired!
What I do seem to be repeatedly getting the feel for is, that things are somewhat disjointed here and there's an element of 'pass-the-buck' then blame someone else when it all goes a bit pear-shaped! Still, all that aside, I've had positive feedback on my actual work with our clients and that has made all the difference. It made me feel that what I do, and how I do it, makes a miniscule difference along the way. That's a very good feeling.
